At Phoenix Industrial Contracting, safety is our number one core value. We are uncompromising in our commitment to the health and safety of our employees, subcontractors, customers, and community. We will continually improve our processes, demonstrate leadership, and promote comprehensive safety. We will require individual accountability, expect all employees to adhere to our safety standards, and actively participate in and support the advancement of our health and safety practices. Safety is the responsibility of all employees, including both top management and the individual craft worker. Everyone is responsible for achieving zero accidents resulting in a SAFE day, a SAFE tomorrow, a SAFE year, and a SAFE career.

Safety Program Elements

Phoenix Industrial Contracting uses a combination of 4 key elements to maintain our safety program:

1. Communication between all levels of employees
2. Job Site Analysis
3. Hazard Prevention
4. Continuing Health and Safety Training

All Employees actively participate in the Safety Program through weekly safety meetings and are encouraged to voice opinions and supply input in formulating positive action to resolve issues or problems. Every individual employee is equipped with stop work authority if an unsafe condition is detected and such conditions will be addressed quickly and thoroughly.
All jobsite management is authorized to take necessary action to abate hazards or resolve safety issues as they may arise.
